  1. Hey Macenna!! Random comment/vlog idea from an old subscriber who can never get enough of your content – would love to see a video of you sharing other content creators that you follow and enjoy to help fill the spaces in between your videos (I appreciate you're only human) hahah I need my daily Youtube fix!! Love you & so happy to see your new mama glow <3

  2. Really pretty finds!! Idk if it’s my tv but the videos seem quite blown out. Perhaps a polarizer on the lens could help? It’s hard to see all the little details we love so much 🥹

  3. I WAS SO HAPPY FOR YOU! CONGRATS ON THE CORBELS! I bet we will meet one day because we frequent some of the same thrifty spots! (looking forward to it, I hope Cade doesn't grow up so fast that you're telling me he just graduated high school! LOL) — VERYMaggs aka Peggy

  4. The key to producing more milk is to remove milk from the breast more frequently. Add in an extra pumping or nursing into your day and your production will pick up in several days. Don’t stress if you don’t see much milk at first. It will take a few days for your body to receive the message to increase production. But the cookies look delicious.

  5. Body armor, oatmeal and the vitamins from the Legendairy Milk brand. I take pumping princess, liquid gold, cash cow, milkaplooza and lactivist once a day. I drink tons of body armor. I struggled really hard with making milk with my first baby. My second baby was born 6/29 she was diagnosed with HLHS at 20 weeks gestational, had open heart surgery at 2 days old and needs two more open heart surgeries. Her next one is scheduled for December. I made it my mission to produce milk for my little one because I knew she would need it. These things helped me a ton! Hope they help you!

  6. As much as I’d love to meet you in person I’m so glad you’re doing an online pop up shop cause realistically I don’t think I’d be able to go across country for the pop up shop:( I live in SC. Can’t wait to shop your finds over the years!

  7. Lactation cookies really helped increase my milk production. They are in the baby section at target. I ended up having a pack a day around the 3 month mark. It also made my milk a little thicker.

  8. IBCLC here👋🏻 if you’re an exclusive pumper, make sure you change your silicone pump parts out once a month! The silicone tends to break down quick and it can affect supply!

  9. Oatmeal definitely helped me produce more and I also did some power pumping. Still didn’t make enough so had to supplement with formula but made it to 6 months and was happy with that

  10. Have you tried to feed on demand? Rather then pumping just feed when he cues it will bring your supply up and fast in a couple days… then you can go back to pumping, you'll really notice the difference 😊

  11. Try barley malt it helps incerase breast milk production. You can disolve a tsp of barley malt in milk or water. But don't drink too much of it, overdose can cause baby's belly ake. Start with one glass in the morning. More than 2 glasses (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) i wouldn't recommend. ❤

  12. I just love seeing you in your element ❤ mommy era, diy’s, family trips, it’s so precious and a joy to watch ❤ milk boosting tips: pumping for 10 mins after you feel “empty” helps signal to your body to make more milk, nursing Cade more often will have that same effect. he’s probably going through a growth spurt, don’t be discouraged ❤ good quality carbs and protein and fat is essential, (sweet potato, pumpkin, barley, quinoa, oats. Rice cooked in bone broth, stewed meat, sardines, eggs, coconut, avocado, fruit, fermented foods are all excellent) you’d be amazed how many calories you’re burning in a day as a nursing mom, plus how active you are with work. Do hydrate with electrolytes, coconut water is excellent for this. You’re doing fantastic you make everything look effortless ❤❤❤ god bless.

  13. No advice just info for any new moms here: Take comfort in knowing your breastmilk production doesn’t necessarily increase with baby’s age. Your milk composition on the other hand changes throughout an individual feeding (first milk being for hydration and hindmilk being higher in fat), at different times of the day, and as baby ages. This is why it’s important to ensure baby empties the breast before switching sides to ensure they get all the necessary fat. It’s absolutely amazing! Sending all mamas lots of encouragement 🩷
